Solved Log In Denied Because of VPN

hello i would like to ask for help here. I am not using any VPNs. Yesterday, I was playing just fine on the server and when I tried to log in today, the server wouldn't let me in. Hoping for a feedback. Thank You!

For example you can try reading the screen. It says "If you believe this is a mistake join our Discord server using discord.gg/jartex and post a screenshot of this screen in #assistance_chat" in red. This shouldn't be so hard to see. Post the same screenshot on assistance chat with your taskbar shown and wait staff to whitelist you.
