Linked account only should be able to use chat​

Description:

I suggest that only those that got their accounts linked in discord and mc should be the only ones that can talk.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

To prevents bots and people that don't play in the server from using chat to send malicious links, advertise or start a raid.​
