Limited time on the sky platform

Every time I go to the top platform, I always see the best players just waiting there and guarding the top so novice players like me don't even stand a chance! So there should be a limit for the people on the "Koth"

In case you didn't know "koth" stands for king of the hill and the player has to stand in the read square for 4mins. In this 4 minute period other players will come and try to knock to have a chance at winning the koth, putting a limit on the koth will just defeat the whole purpose of it being a koth in the first place. And sometimes the person standing in the koth has friends who stand guard and protect them from other players.
