Everyone is lagging nowadays! So probably as S SubArtTheNew is correct ( You might need a good NETWORK CONNECTION ) ! And if your network is OK! then the server is lagging! Have a Great Day!

Use an ethernet cable or smth, also close some background apps that might be fiddling with your internet. or it might be your router.
