How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

There was already suggestion about allowing animated pfp for donators but it got denied, it would be nice since i am great reporter so I will go with neutral

Neutral. I think it is a nice idea as the Great Reporters do deserve something for using their time and effort to report players, however many players might find that unfair and could start getting mad.
