Kits for a specific level

There should be a special kit when reaching a certain amount of level . for example : lvl 10 kit prot 1 unb 1 sharp 1

To me this just seems like a way of saying "I don't have a rank, but I want overpowered gear". Like it isn't a horrible idea, but people spend money for those kits and it would seem kind of weird for the highest rank in the server to have the same kit as a level 25 (example) player. That would make some players way to op and discourage many people from spending money to support the server
