reply your IGN along with your most preferred way of earning money in KitPvP
How long is the giveaway ?This giveaway will be timed according to IST (Indian Standard Time) which is GMT+5:30 hours
Starting on 19th June 00:01 it will end on 25th June 23:59 i.e. 7 days long
Example comment
Am kaivalya, my favorite method to make money in KitPvP is by fishing
How will the giveaway winner be decided ?
on 26th as soon as the giveaway is over, this thread will be locked
once that is done your replies' rank will be the number that will be assigned to you
we will then wait for a staff to post a new thread in news forums and in payouts forums
minutes values on these thread's timestamp will be checked (according to IST)
lets say minute value from news thread is NN and that from payouts thread is PP,
will concatenate them and use them as a seed to generate a random number using pythons random module
heres a code snippet with which will pick the winner's number
It may take some time for a winner to be picked once this thread is locked,
as we cant say for sure when a staff will post in any of forums but it will surely be less than 7 days
Once the winner is picked, I will post a YT video of picking and DM the winner using forums conversation
Why this method of winner picking ?
Well I dont fancy sharing screen or host livestreams
But I cant just pick a winner behind the scene and declare it since it could be claimed unfair
So instead we get randomness from minutes value at which staff will post in news and payouts forums
And since they got nothing to do with this giveaway or bias towards anybody they wont be manipulating it
You can run this code on your PC too and you will get the same winner for a given seed value which will be random
Why giveaway ?
I want to flex
I also wanted to test a zero knowledge proof concept, and this seemed like a good exercise
