Kingpin rank's perks​

Suggestion Details:
Recently, there was a new rank adeed to the Immortal Factions called Enternal. And I saw that at the spawn, it has it's own NPC that shows it's perks when we click on the NPC.

In the recent Prison reset, they announced a new rank for Prison as well! It is called the Kingpin rank. I have seen that there is no NPC at the spawn that shows Kingpin rank's perks. As it is a seasonal exclusive rank, it is not available on the store. And, on the store the players can see the perks of a rank. So it would be helpful for the players to know the perks that they will get with the rank.​

How could this idea help improve JartexNetwork?

perks iv found till now
- /warp Kingpin (caps specific unlike gf)
- /kit once and /kit Kingpin
- /nick (reworked, cannot change name, but can add &l before your username INCLUDING bold and underline)
- /rankcolor
- /rename for items
- Pick enchant labels can be changed (shiftclick pick)
- can have up to 15 items on /ah
- 10 vaults in /pv (not sure)

- BUGGED! 3rd item in dark soul shop (in /soulshop)
- BUGGED! supposed to have 3.0x multiplier?, still has the 2.0s from gf

As you say, there's no reason that perks wouldn't be shown, might help to new to this rank.
