Solved Other Jartex Vote Link 4th and 7th Error

I got some problem when i am about to vote on the 4th and 7th.

First, when I click the 4th link, i got an error 1020 from the web page


And, I got an error 522 from the 7th link


How do i troubleshoot this? It is really frustrating for me. Is it because of the place where i live (Indonesia) or something else?
Any suggestion will be appreciated : )

4th one works fine for me, and for the 7th one it's down and we may change it to another one or just completely remove it.

You can check your firewall if you probably have this website blocked from it.

Vote link 4 works for me, but vote link 7 is currently down
