Jartex not working

When I open the servers list the server Jartex and Pika are not getting connected and not showing any details,I restarted my router,restarted my pc as well as my minecraft it shows like this-what can I do? Kindly help ..

Make sure you have typed the server IP correct, turning off vpn could fix it. Try changing versions, try restarting mc, restarting router, changing clients. Making sure your internet is stable.

Turning off a vpn and using the correct IP could fix the problem, hope this helped
