IT WAS NOT MY FAULT

Hey staffs!
Recently i got banned from JartexNetwork as i entered an glitch and escaped PvP arena, TRUST ME it was not my FAULT, i didn't knew that this could be bannable.
I request staffs to please remove my ban, and i promise i will never do this again also i never got an BAN.
Please help me out!
