ye i mean if u wanna go on top of anything (eggs in this case) u would need blocks + why do u need to go up the egg the mid is flat and u can walk without blocks

As CTK said, on Yoshi map you'll need blocks to go up, and you can also use ladders.

Am not sure if you know that already or not but, bypassing the filter is not allowed you may get warned for that.
