I just looked through settings it seems like there isn't a light mode option.. thats weird that dark mode hurts your eyes. Good luck getting light mode.

I believe there is a way to force light mode on for every website, if you're using chrome. If you do: "chrome://flags" in your adress bar you will get a window of settings to use for your browser. You may search for "force darkmode" then disable.
