Is there a way to secure /f top money?

I am the leader of a faction and another leader has asked me to merge with him. I replied that I accept the offer on the grounds that we will share the money in case we win f top. Is there a way to actually secure that he wont just take the money?

Unless you will make another leader not be able to mine spawners, there is no way.

• The payment is issued only to the leader of the faction, and it's his/her responsibility to split the price with the members of his factions. So, no there isn't a way to secure the prize.​
