Is the suggestions section viewed by staff?

I posted a suggestion for skywars (https://jartexnetwork.com/threads/s...little-longer-and-more-fun.49348/#post-145159) and people seemed to be liking it but there was no reaction by staff, and when I looked at some other posts in the suggestions section all of them had that pending icon! So do the posts get viewed or not? It would be nice if a staff could view my post! Thanks for reading this!

They do discuss but probably they are in discussion so be patient

Yeah, the staff do view everything even though they do not post any response. This might be the case due to the fact that if 1 staff likes it and posts a response with that, it could be stated that he might be biased. I believe the staff discuss everything in a confidential manner.
