Not really, scroll clicking isn't bannable unless you get 30+cps. usually, anti cheats detect such as auto clickers if it's a constant cps, but as long as you fall under the cps limit for the server (that is 25~30) , you won't get banned.

Please do not reply if you are just going to tell something stupid, and guess what! that is wrong!
Scroll clicking is bannable as it is a macro. mouse is mouse, click normaly because using scroll wheel to click is just stupid.

Scroll clicking is considered using a macro which is not allowed so yes it is bannable

As members of the community already mentioned, scroll clicking is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban if we catch you using it / find a macro like that on your computer.
