Skywars normal mode all you gotta do against donators is take the kb sword and slap.

Well the answer to that is yes. Protection 3 vs protection 1 makes kits useless

There are parts of this server that could be considered pay to win but overall I'd say this server is not P2W for the following reasons:

- There are only a few modes where ranks give significant advantages (Skyblock dream etc).
- The advantages of minigames rank are almost purely cosmetic and give arguably no advantage in game

Bedwars, UHC and thebridge are the only not p2w gamemodes in my opinion.

Nowadays every server is p2w. Its the only way to earn money. No money = No server.

It depends on your opinion, but as a Minigames player, I wouldn't really call Minigames pay to win. BW is fair no matter what rank you have, and skywars Diamon kit is useless in anything other than normal mode. Most games are extream mode. So I would say that Minigames isn't pay to win. But of course Diamond rank lets you have fun cosmetics and host private games and etc.
