Global IP address banned

My account was previously banned but later unbanned
I can play with a hotspot but cannot play with my actual broadband net as IP still remains banned
Kindly resolve or help me resolve it

Providing a username would help, also note that playing while you are banned is forbidden and results in more severe punishments

Hi _Gopal_ ,

please follow these steps:
- If you have a VPN enabled, you must disable it in order to enter the Network.
- If you do not have a VPN enabled, you must submit a VPN Bypass Request.

I also had this problem. If these procedures don't help, try restarting the rooter. But it will fix itself soon, you just have to wait. It's not a ban. You just had to be detected by the server as a bot.

2 Different things could be happening right now, 1st you being banned and just using mobile data to ban evade, or experiencing an IP conflict which would be resolved by restarting your router.
