inventory clear bug

This problem appears to have previously happened to someone. It's sad when the things you give even just a little value disappear, you know that right? What happened is, I logged in and spawned in gold realm. My things in inventory are gone but then for second it came back then I think about what is in the black market and I decided to go to /spawn. And that where the bug seemed to happen, my inventory just suddenly got cleared including my armors in the armor slots and it shocked me. I felt sad that all the things i gathered for 7d and 5h online is gone. My objective in saying this is that I hope the staff can solve this problem as soon as possible so this won't also occur to others.
