Solved Global Store Instead of spending iron, I spent gold in /goldshop???

I reached 100 votes today so I claimed my 500 iron to spend on "Rare lootbox bundle" but instead of buying it with iron as always, I had to spent my gold instead! Why did this happen and is it possible to get my gold back (please) and get my lootboxes removed? (I haven't opened them) I have some spare gold from my architect rank and I plan on getting Crystal during the summer and not spend it on useless crap like lootboxes... How can I choose to spend my iron? Is this a bug or what??

Its not a bug lol happened to me too I think try to create Payment report or ticket, and ask for refund

Hello Squidywardz_, I am sorry to inform you that gold currency will always take priority over iron currency when you have both. There is no way to change this. You will not get refunded either.

No, when I claimed the 500 iron from 50 votes my gold remained intact.

this happened to me too. for some reason gold is used before iron. so I had to create a payment problem, then I got my gold back

I opened a support ticked for now but if I get told to in a reply, I will open payment ticket problem.
