Insiding being Bannable if it's on is top 1-5​

Description:

Hello, my suggestion on the rule which says if you inside islands that are top 1 to 3 you will get banned, now days even insiding islands that are is top 4, 5 is also really bad, for example if 5 islands values are not that far apart from each other what if is top 5 gets insided and it works the hardest and could be future is top 3? and what if it gets insided and then merges value / spawners with other islands then they can probably be is top 1.

Even if merging can get you disqualified insiding should definitely not be an option, is top 4 and 5 are pretty good positions.​

How can this idea help to improve JartexNetwork?

would save islands more and keep OG players more stuck to playing sbd and more confident.​
