We are excited to introduce our new training course for our dear Trial applicants! This course is called Trial Induction Course, and is designed to provide an opportunity into becoming a staff member for those who did not receive an immediate admission into the staff team.
This course involves a series of training sessions in which these players ('Trainees') are able to understand the responsibilities of a staff member, and ensures that their knowledge and activity meets our regular standards and for us to help them out throughout their role as a Trainee.
Once the Trainee has successfully completed their time within the course and has passed, they will be invited into the staff team under the position of Trial.
Thank you for your attention, and we look forward to seeing the positive impact of this program on our community!
How do I become a Trainee?
You can become a Trainee through two scenarios, they are the following:
- Apply via the Forums
Players can apply for staff, however if they do not meet the requirements, they can sometimes get an invitations to be a Trainee. This would be given as a reply within your application if that is the case.
- Management Referral
This is when the management team believes you would be a good staff member, and has referred you to be apart of the induction course as a Trainee. This is, once again, invite-only meaning that you cannot apply for this.
What does the course involve?
The Induction Course is a 4 week long course which aims to get you prepared for both the responsibility and requirements of becoming a Trial. Over the duration of the course, you will be expected to complete training which prepares you for the expected knowledge of a Trial
This training will relate to both providing user support as well as punishing users properly in relation to the rules in aspects such as chat rules, gameplay rules and identification of cheats. Aside from these sessions, you will be expected to maintain activity within the 3 platforms, that being: In-Game, Discord and the Forums.
What are the requirements to pass?
The requirements to pass the induction course is to meet our expectations of being a Trial — in which you need to be experienced in the rules of the Network, in which you would be tested during both our training sessions as well as specific criteria we give to you such as actively reporting players either via the In-Game report system, or the Forums report system.
We also expect Trainees to uphold professionalism within the Network, in terms of how you to express yourself and being mature around the community. Whilst we do not expect trainees, or staff members, to change their personality; we expect them to be mature and respectful to members of the community.
