Impersonation, took over my faction's leadership

This guy (IGN: Raidedlmao), impersonated a close friend of mine, and I accidentally transferred ownership to him. Little did I know he was an imposter and now he is logged off with leadership rights...

May i ask for him to be removed from the faction & leadership to be transferred back to myself?
