It's true what the others are saying here. You really shouldn't apply if you're not active on all platforms. You said you have discord open 24/7. That really doesn't matter if you're not active on the Jartex discord server. Plus, you made your forums account yesterday, which shows that you aren't active here.
My advice for you if you really want to become a staff member here is:
- Be active on all platforms. (Ingame, Forums, Discord [#main_chat & #assistance_chat]).
- Get to know the server better, how things work around here.
- Report rulebreakers on the forums (It'll help you when you apply).
- Increase your status on discord (A lot of people who give you votes and feedback on your trial application are from discord. You'll most likely get better reviews if they see you on discord often).
- Get to know all the rules of the server.
- Help players on all platforms when it's needed.
Be as active as possible. People are really judgemental when it comes to trial applications. Just try to make your application good and honest. Also make sure you meet all the requirements.
