It isn't bannable. It's design to be split for the team. (My Opinion)I don't think it's that op, I mean some people do use that tactic.

Hello MrlsLance , Gen splitting is a common tactic used in bedwars in general, it is not bannable, it just helps you and your teamates to share resources to increase your chances of winning.
