i want to get unbanned

I don't know what happened but when I log into the server this afternoon I was banned, and it said I was using antiKB hack on skywars.
1. It said I was banned on 2020-04-23 but yesterday (2021-03-02) I was playing on the server completely fine.
2. I wasn't using any hacks or clients. It might be caused because of bad network connection.
My username is AshLynx63, and I want to get unbanned from the server

If you belive that is false ban you can contact a moderator in the forums or Jartex official discord (Here)
But if you're actually cheating you can purchase a unban from the store (kinda expensive) or do an appeal (Here)

I have checked your punishments page on forums and it shows nothing. Please do the following:​

• Restart your router. ( 1 - 3 times).

If restarting your router didn't fix the issue, contact one of the Sr.mods on discord and wait for a response patiently. Pace#0001 - Rodagave#1359 ​
