hello what can i do to become staff how long does it take to get my application accepted guys ?

You have to wait 14 days after your punishment but if I'm not mistaken warns aren't considered as punishments and you don't need to wait 14 days if you just get warned

Reporting is an important part of being a staff (well requirement really of being a staff)
You can recordthe rule breakers using softwares like OBS and medal and then report them over here
