Can be that It gets glitched sometimes, if restarting the router doesnt help contact a staff member.

Dont worry most probably no one has logged in as you, its just your own account which server thinks is still connected.
Wait for a few minutes for it to be timed out and it will be resolved.
If it doesnt then contact some staff and they will kick you from server so that you can rejoin.
And finally if none of this happens you can always wait for a server restart.

I think you should try rejoining now cause I can see you offline, which means your last connection has timed out.
