its because for your ping i would suggest to get a better internet.

I play with 130 MS all the time and it is as fine as fine could be!

You mainly get kicked for Client Modification since the Anti-Cheat thinks you're using a Modification. Sometimes you get Kicked for Client Modification because you have a high ping. To stop high ping I suggest you to buy a good fast internet or move closer to your router.

19 CPS is kinda too high I guess
