One guy gifted my so many stuff because he was Givawaying and I didn't claim it on mail, and I got banned that day, now it's disapeared and I don't have any /maildelivery now, please help me.

I don't think they'll lose their time with this, there are things more important like the console that ban random players or some bugs that need to be fixed

It's unfortunate timing however the evidence we had was enough to ban you for, and I am still looking more into it. The lost mail is due to it expiring after 7 days of no claiming it which cannot be refunded sadly, you can ask anyone else for compensation or I will try my best to.
