i lost my knight rank and for once i have evidence

so I put a knight rank voucher on ah then I tried removing it to re-adjust the price to sell it so someone when all of the sudden it got automatically claimed when I took it off ah, the thing is that I already have a higher rank than knight so it basically vanished into thin air. I have it here on record so pls check it and you always say you can't refund us because of lack of evidence so I hope something actually happens this time
