I lost all my money when I log in

I have around 2b before i logged off. When I log back in after a few hours my balance became 50m (which is from the stuff I sell in /ah). The last thing I remember before logging off is redeeming a 45m banknote, it says something like "the banking system is error" and I remember not getting the 45m in my balance. Can any staff please help with this?

Maybe consider submitting this as a detailed bug report for the staff to consider.
