I lost 500 of my iron currency just randomly.

Guys I thought Iron currency resets in 14 days. I claimed 1500 iron on 25th February. I was aiming to get gold rank and I grinded really hard the entire month by voting.
But today I just logged in to claim the daily rewards and to vote and I checked my iron balance and it says theres only 1000.
What do I do? Is it possible to get this reimbursed? I have proof of the date I collected my Iron and all.

Please help me I worked hard on this.
