Hi! You can submit a bug report with the video you've recorded. I myself have encountered this bug and the reason this happened was - when you receive an item from /gift, there's a chance it might bug out, therefore if you use a voucher while right clicking on the ground, it will bug out and either be placed down like a block or in your case used as a map. I found relogging after claiming my gifts before using the voucher works to avoid this kind of bug.

same append to me last season,
1 member of staff sold me buged pass, guess what.
they sended me 60 gold to claim on discord. not even enof to get pass in goldshop,
i didnt even claim gold, what for? i cant buy nothing with 60 gold.
i think they had fix that bug. i see they didnt.

Well in that case, you can file a Bug Report and ask for a refund, but I don't think u will get the item rather than they will just give you 60-100 gold gift card.
So maybe grind again for the pass.
