You probably got 500 Iron because if you have Iron rank (doesn't matter if it's permanent/3 days or 31 days) you get 500 iron, if you get 3 Days Iron while having an Iron rank already, then you might get a mythic lootbox

That's right. Or maybe if he had 3 days rank like he does have it. After he got the 31 days one. The 3 days one get removed and he gets the 31 instead of 3 days rank. After he got the 31 days one. He picked another one that he already had that's why he got 500 for the third and not for the second rank.

no, if you have 3 days one and you get 31 days, you still stay on your 3 days one because Jartex already give you 500 Iron for it

Well I think I told him what happened.

First he got a 3 day Iron rank.
Then he got 31 Days Iron rank. And this rank that he had (The 3 days one) Got replaced with the 31 days one.
Then he got another 31 days rank, but he have it. That's why he got 500 iron
