I got scammed for 15 vote keys.

Player named gabiel12 scammed me. He was asking to trade vote keys. He says that he will give me 15 vote keys on survival for 10 on prison and 5 on skyblock dream and I sent him keys but he ignored me and never gave those 15 keys to me and I want them back or for him to get banned for some time.
Can you please assist me to retrieve my keys?
