You didn't really tell us much details about your problem, but I will try to help you.
If you were blocked by the bot filter, all you have to is message a Helper+ and he will whitelisted you into the server.
If you were banned by console ( and it's a 24H ban ) you can message a jr.mod+ and he will unban you as soon as possible.
If you were permanently banned by a staff / old ban by console, you can make an unban appeal here https://jartexnetwork.com/form/4/select.
