I got banned

Hello i was banned for using xray it was my bad cuz i didnt know its not allowed , now i read all the jartex rules and i want to be better as player so i try to appeal to the staff to unban me , how long it takes someone to respond the appeal ?

Primaryss i am not bad kind of player i realy doesnt know some of the rules but now i read all of them and seems like i did wrong thing that i will not do it again ... can you tell to someone to check my ticket i am afraid someone could forget about check my appeal ?
