i already try to submit with password reset request on this website but i dont know if the username has to be linked with an email or not

Nope, it doesn't need to be linked. Password resets usually take about 1 - 7 days. Be patient.

No, you don't need email for website's password reset request.
If you have email linked in the account, you could just use a command in game (/reset or /resetpass or /passreset, sorry I forgot) to make a password reset.

Now as you have submitted a password reset request, you just need to wait patiently for Sr Mod to review it. It might take up to days, but don't worry, they will get to you soon when they have time. And Good Luck!
