If there is a problem with SkyBlock you can contact the team of the server through the forum or Disocrd and you can describe your problem I hope soon everything will be fine and you will come back and have fun again in SkyBlock.

If this is a small problem, you can probably get support on the jartex Discord in #assistance-chat

Like MrSpaki and Encription said above, you can report it as a bug or ask for help in discord.

I actually wanted to hear more about this issue, but I'll give some tips that might helps:
1. Use version 1.8.9 as it's the recommended version with less bugs.
2. If you got banned because of the bug for more than 1 hr, you can go to discord assistance chat and send a screenshot of the ban page with taskbar visible and wait for Team Screenshare Staffs to help you.

The other cause might be because of connection/ping problem, and I'm afraid there's nothing much can be done for that.
