If the evidence is enough the player will be punished for scamming
However, theres no guarantee that you will get your stuff back.

I mean if you have lost a little bit of money or feed voucher or vote/rare keys or boss drops kind of stuff, I dont think you will get them back
But if its something like seasonal keys or god keys or rank voucher then it might be recoverable
