Solved I cant log in.

i tried logging and it said for me to type in my password. It usually didnt happen like this as im always using the same ip address so it would auto sign in for me. However once i typed in my password it says success and kicked me out of the server. Now whenever i try to log in it says im logged on and its been like this for 10 minutes? I tried logging on my alt accounts thinking maybe i got hacked and same issue there too. Am i the only one having this issue?

Update: Able to join back now after 2 hours.

hey hey i was in the time of me unable to login to jartex other than herobrine and pikahost. idk what is happening when i first log in it said Data Cannot be loaded. after that it said i should wait a few minutes.

If you cannot join because you are already connected, just wait, there's nothing you can do. Indeed, if you cannot log in that's because when you left, your account didn't actually log off, but don't worry, as the account isn't "managed" by any internet, your account will be automatically disconnected and you will be able to log in back. This situation is very often due to lag

Also, if you have to type your password each time you log in, that may be because you have a dynamic IP on your router.
Each time your router changes IP, you have to type your password again (once a day?)

Hello Vizorn

Whenever it asks for password again because "your ip changed" it's because the your ip changed because, you possibly have a dynamic ip. However, don't worry about it since it's not an issue and you just need to type your password again.

Now, attempt to /login and type your password exactly and ensure its correct since it's Case Sensitive.
If it shows you are already logged in, i recommend to restart your minecraft and router, wait for 5 minutes then log in.

If you still encounter the issue, message a staff member on discord to Kick you as your account could be bugged in game.

Although, sometimes it could simply be an issue with the server itself and it would get fixed as fast as possible.

If you think you got hacked, you could message a staff member to ban you for "Compromised" so the hacker won't access your account and submit a password reset here "https://jartexnetwork.com/forums/password-reset.71/"
