i don't use VPNs or any thing with VPN.

Please join jartex's discord and and go to #assistance_chat, Share this screenshot and tell them that you dont use any VPN and ping a staff member and ask them to whitelist you. join jartex discord here

First, if you have registered account in server, I think your votes will be count
Second, be sure you have no active VPN
