Solved I can't get my IP

Every single time I requested for a password reset, the mod would tell me to do the exact ip address. On that website that the mod told me to do it on was what I had wrote. I had never used a vpn to log on to the server, nor did I use a vpn when I first joined the server. There are som many IP addresses that point to my city, I don't know which one is the right one. I once had been hacked by an ip grabber... IDK. Every single website I have looked for, it always states the same ip as the other one.

What chocz700 means, is that the last IP to log into that account does not match with yours. What this probably means is that you either do not own the account, or your IP changed since the last time you used it.

I believe my ip changed multiple times when my Wifi got reset 3 times due to electricity issues. Maybe that's the problem

I don't understand why there's a pre-existing password or why the staff won't reset it for me.. this makes no sense.

always remember that are people on TLauncher that could use your name, I think the same is happening to me

I have no idea what that is.. is there anyway for me to use my account?? Why are staff incapable of fixing this? If I own my name and can't use my account I don't think it's fair someone else can use my name without paying for it.. Staff need to help

if ur ip address doesn't match, it means it has changed. I don't think you can do anything with that except of making a new acc.

As oAqdrew said, people using a cracked launcher such as TLauncher can login using any ign, such as Notch. But its very likely that famous IGNs have already been registered, so dont bother trying xd.

As for your account, someone using a cracked launcher already registered with your IGN. So you will either need to change your premium account name, or use a cracked launcher. If you want to change your premium account name, try messaging staff with certain igns you might want to use, and ask them if they logged in before. Or check https://jartexnetwork.com/bans to see if the ign pops up when you search for it. If it says "No Data Found", then it was never registered

yea I have, so now I'm kind thinking that it's not someone else, I had changed my name many times before I even logged onto jartex, or I have logged on to jartex before I changed my name without me realising.

If you change your name, your old ign is not unregistered. Seeing as your IP was changed multiple times, I am guessing that there is no way you can get your old stats back
