Solved I can't get my IP

Every single time I requested for a password reset, the mod would tell me to do the exact ip address. On that website that the mod told me to do it on was what I had wrote. I had never used a vpn to log on to the server, nor did I use a vpn when I first joined the server. There are som many IP addresses that point to my city, I don't know which one is the right one. I once had been hacked by an ip grabber... IDK. Every single website I have looked for, it always states the same ip as the other one.

The point is, the ip which you logged onto Minecraft should match the ip when you searched for your ip in google or whatsoever.

Search up "What is my IP Address on Google and it will show your IP.

Also, can you send a screenshot of what the SrMod replied with?

I can always like create an alt via tlauncher, then put that account on.

What chocz700 means, is that the last IP to log into that account does not match with yours. What this probably means is that you either do not own the account, or your IP changed since the last time you used it.

I am having the same problem atm. I got the exact same reply from the same senior mod. I never registered my account on jartex before but my first time logging in it asked me for a password? I asked for a reset but it got denied... if anyone can help please let me know..

hey Man! When you never registered before, it means somebody with that IGN already plays on the server. So you will need to use a different ign

Hey thanks for the reply but my ign has only ever been used by me. Nobody has ever had my ign before and I have never changed my ign. I don't understand why there's a pre-existing password set or why the staff won't reset it for me.. this makes no sense. If a mod sees this please DM me so I can prove my ownership with TID or video evidence. I could really use help with this

always remember that are people on TLauncher that could use your name, I think the same is happening to me
