You might consider using a desktop version of the forums as this might be buggy in the phone version
or u can submit a bug report maybe (not sure if there is a category for forums)

Edit : There is an option to make bug reports for forum pages u can report them using this form

Hello Ske If you are typing through your mobile or ipod i would suggest that you should restart it and try again and if you are trying in computer do the same thing because whenever this happens to me i just restart my computer/phone and it works perfectly fine.
But if it still does not work then you have two options
1. you have to consult with a staff member about this
2 you can report it as a bug if you think it a bug in the provided link :- https://jartexnetwork.com/bug-report/

It may be that browser is just stuck there like in case while checking punishments where you cant search few of the usernames with search button instead u have to edit the url query
Jartex website is really reposive but it may not have some features from pc screen to android
Also there are some types of reports which you cant edit like locked threads or submitted reports or archived threads
