I cant connect to the server properly

I cant properly connect to the server. when i got connected i cant even login it just an world with no blocks. after a fer minutes i get this message "internal exeption: java.oiexeption" but when i connect to other servers it run smoothly!!! can Someone HELP MEEEE!!!!!

It's probably your internet. Also depends where the server is hosted ( France ).
