I Takes Number Of Votes In Each Site
So U Can Vote 20 Times In Different Sites And It Will Only Count Like 3 Votes Per Site
So U Need To Vote 20 Times IN EACH SITE to Get In The Leader boards

You mean votetop in total amount or for each site? This moment you need 32 votes to be in leaderboard

Well When I wrote this article i had 20 votes and top voter had 22 so I had to be second or third
