Solved I am not ban but cannot access the server and no sr.mod answers me

Hello,
I had made an unban appeal but was told it came from my ip and not from a ban but I was told to contact a safe mod and no one answered me (discord and in the forum)
I need my problem to be solved as soon as possible please.

According to https://jartexnetwork.com/bans, you have never logged into JartexNetwork.

As other community members have already explained, please contact the SrMod Team, either here or Discord (I suggest to do it via Discord). You can also join https://discord.gg/jartex, ping one helper+, and ask them to create a ticket for you, with the reason "static ip conflict". When that ticket is created, you will have a fully private way to chat to the Management Team, and they can assist you there.

I hope your issue gets fixed soon.
