Solved I am not ban but cannot access the server and no sr.mod answers me

I had made an unban appeal but was told it came from my ip and not from a ban but I was told to contact a safe mod and no one answered me (discord and in the forum)
I need my problem to be solved as soon as possible please.

if you want to reach a senior mod the quickest, ask a staff member to create a ticket for you in discord. These are regularly checked and you should get a reply much sooner.
